Job Descriptions

Tasks & Responsibilities: •Manage and monitor application systems and IT infrastructure to ensure security and availability •Monitor and control IT policies and Data protection policy •Responsible for IT asset management •Provide 2nd level support for IT daily operation, and coordinate with Service desk if required support from higher level •Improving and developing the usability and provide to advice for use and fix problem that occur to support the work of users in the organization. •Monitoring and supervise the operation of IT infrastructure systems (Server, Network and storage).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineer related fields
3 years of experience in the IT infrastructure, IT security or IT support.
Basic knowledge of networking, including LAN & WAN technologies, and remote access
Good problem-solving skills and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and service-minded
Able to communication in English is a plus.
