-จัดทำข้อมูลSkill Matrix
-จัดทำข้อมูลประเมินผลงานประจำปี
-สำรวจความต้องการฝึกอบรม
-จัดหาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม
-ประสานงานกับสถาบันฝึกอบรม
-ประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม
-จัดทำTraining Road Map
-อัพเดทแบบฟอร์มเกี่ยวกับงานฝึกอบรม
-ยื่นเอกสารหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
-ปฐมนิเทศพนักงาน
-รับผิดชอบงานกิจกรรมต่างๆของบริษัทฯเช่น งานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์
-งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- ใช้โปรแกรมMS Office ได้คล่อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานฝึกอบรม 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- สามารถเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรมได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
