Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain management functional aspects of large-scale projects, primarily focused on SAP S/4HANA MM implementation. - Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and on-time delivery within the defined scope. - Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their specific business requirements and translating them into SAP functional specifications. - Configure and customize the SAP S/4HANA MM module to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other relevant modules. - Manage and participate in all phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials. - Provide expert guidance and support to project team members and client stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA MM best practices and functionalities. - Effectively manage and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution. - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. - Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the supply chain management and SAP implementation domains. - Potentially oversee or contribute to the implementation of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and FI (Financial Accounting) modules, if required and based on experience. - Navigate the complexities of managing large-scale projects within the public sector, including understanding relevant regulations and procurement processes.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA MM implementation.
  3. Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing the SAP S/4HANA MM module.
  4. Strong understanding of core supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse management.
  5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies
  6. Experience in implementing SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and/or FI (Financial Accounting) modules is highly desirable.
  7. Significant experience managing large-scale projects, preferably within the public sector or with government entities.
  8. SAP certification in MM or related area is a plus.
