- Identify and select new suppliers to mitigate procurement risks. - Develop and implement purchasing strategies for materials, equipment, and engineering components. - Lead price negotiations, agreements, and long-term contracts to achieve optimal cost and quality. - Coordinate with suppliers in cases of delayed deliveries that may impact production. - Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical capability, cost, and quality, while monitoring performance. - Develop cost reduction strategies without compromising quality and technical standards. - Maintain and manage purchasing documents, agreements, and contracts accurately. - Ensure procurement processes comply with industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001). - Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to support cost reduction initiatives. - Oversee purchasing processes to align with engineering and production project plans. - Resolve supplier-related issues that may impact production processes. - Procurement of automotive parts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in engineering procurement, supplier management or technical procurement, or in the automotive industry.
Understanding of IATF 16949 requirements and automotive industry quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and ERP system management or relevant software.
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best pricing and terms with suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external coordination.
Ability to analyze and evaluate quality and pricing effectively.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for communication with international suppliers.
