Job Descriptions

- Lead end-to-end marketing projects across digital, social, and offline channels. - Manage and optimize influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships to enhance brand visibility. - Execute and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels. - Track and monitor marketing budgets, project costs, and optimize for ROI. - Define and communicate project strategy, objectives, timelines, and key messaging to ensure alignment across teams. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns. - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

3 - 5years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital strategy. Experience in the F&B industry, particularly in Bakery/Pastry, is highly preferred.
Strong experience in managing marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.
Proven track record in project planning, influencer marketing, and paid media campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing.
