- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities. - Build and manage partnerships with cafés, retailers, and event planners. - Develop sales strategies and run promotional campaigns to boost revenue. - Lead new store openings, including site selection and launch coordination. - Improve operational workflows by integrating tools and process enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or retail expansion; experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed strategic decisions.
Experience with process improvement and integrating technological solutions is highly desirable.
Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
