Job Descriptions
1. วิจัยและพัฒนาสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารจากนวัตกรรมใหม่ และตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และนโยบายบริษัท 2. ดำเนินการคิดค้น พัฒนา และปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาเดิมให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ กระบวนการผลิต และจัดทำผลิตภัณฑ์แคปซูล เม็ด ผงชงดื่ม ผงกรอกปาก และซอฟท์เจล ให้ได้ตามขนาดบรรจุและข้อกำหนดของแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์ 3. พิจารณาคัดเลือกวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะ และออกเอกสารมาตรฐาน Specification 4. วางแผนและทดสอบความคงตัวของผลิตภัณฑ์ 5. ทำ Sensory test หรือประเมินความพึงพอใจของสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ 6. ควบคุมการผลิตสูตรใหม่ในครั้งแรก ร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตและควบคุมคุณภาพ 7. จัดทำรายงานการทดลองวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบคุณภาพ8. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือหญิง มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-3 ปี ด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริม หรือทำงานด้านโรงงานอาหารหรือยา
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร เทคโนโลยีอาหาร หรือในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพสำหรับโรงงานอาหาร มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายอาหาร ส่วนประกอบอาหาร และสมุนไพรเบื้องต้นพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  5. มียานพาหนะส่วนตัว และสะดวกในการเดินทางมาทำงาน
