Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในการจ่ายยาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ 2.จ่ายยาพร้อมให้คําแนะนําการใช้ยาผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน 3.ซักประวัติคนไข้ และบันทึกประวัติข้อมูลการแพ้ยาต่างๆ 4.เฝ้าระวังและตรวจสอบ fatal drug interaction 5.ร่วมกับแผนกจัดซื้อในการจัดซื้อ จัดหายาและเวชภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้พร้อมใช้ภายในโรงพยาบาล 6.ตรวจสอบการเบิกจ่ายยา และเวชภัณฑ์ของแผนกต่าง ๆ 7.ตรวจนับยา และเวชภัณฑ์ประจําเดือน 8.ควบคุม และบริหารจัดการของเวชภัณฑ์และยาให้พร้อมใช้งานรวมถึงวันหมดอายุ 9.ให้คําปรึกษาด้านยาแก่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ภายในโรงพยาบาลและผู้รับบริการ 10.รายงานผลการดำเนินงานที่รับผิดชอบแก่หัวหน้าแผนกเภสัชกรรมทุกเดือน 11.จัดทํารายงานบันทึกยาที่หมดอายุ หรือ ใกล้หมดอายุภายใน 7 เดือน 12.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบปริญญาตรีเภสัชศาสตรบัณฑิต และมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรม
  2. มีประสบการณ์การทํางานโรงพยาบาล / คลินิก / ร้านยา อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์,Microsoft Office เบื้องต้นได้
  5. มีจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ
  6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และ Service Mind
  7. มีการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
