Job Descriptions

Optimize the company's online presence, enhancing website traffic, engagement and boosting Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). Managing Website and Mobile Application Banner and product with front-end to ensure the e-commerce campaign are well Create campaign mechanic and promotional scheme that fit with platform’s insight aligned with Monthly and Yearly Sale targets. Manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment vs visibility gained from platforms. Lead the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategy and action plan. Plan and optimize digital advertising product/campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc Utilize data analytics tools to track online marketing performance and make data-driven decisions. Monthly performance analysis with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing and operating E-commerce Website/Application & Social Media.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools)
Have abilities to use and utilize SEO tools including Google Search Consoles, Google Webmaster tool, Google keyword planner and Google Tag Manager
