Job Descriptions
- ติดต่อเพื่อวางบิล/รับเช็ค กับลูกค้าของบริษัท รวมทั้งประสานงานฝ่ายขายในการรับชำระหนี้ - จัดทำรายงานการเก็บเงินประจำวันและบันทึกการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า - จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงิน/จัดทำใบกำกับภาษี และบันทึกรายการรับชำระจากลูกค้า - จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงเหลือและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องระบบลูกหนี้ ลูกหนี้เช็คคืนและปัญหาบิลค้างชำระเกินกำหนด - จัดทำรายการกระทบยอดลูกค้า, ธนาคาร และบัญชีอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับลูกหนี้คงค้างเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร - ติดตามหนังสือรับรองการหัก ณ ที่จ่ายจากลูกค้า - ติดตามประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องและบุคคลภายนอก - งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ (ทุกเสาร์) เวลา 8:30-17:30 น.
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 35-55 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (สาขาการบัญชี) และมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบัญชี 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต
  4. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และซอฟแวร์บัญชี / ERP
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และทำงานเป็นทีมให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมาย
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน วิเคราะห์-แก้ปัญหา และบริหารงานให้สำเร็จตามกรอบเวลาที่กำหนด
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และคงไว้ซึ่งจรรยาบรรณทางบัญชี
