Job Descriptions- Maintain and support existing system ( ERP and Other internal platforms) , including system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate software and hardware installations and upgrades , working closely with the central IT Service Desk, Infrastructure ,Data Security , and network Security teams.
- Provide technical support and problem resolution for hardware , software and operating systems to ensure seamless user experience.
- Generate IT-Related report and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with in the SAP system, Including application - level troubleshooting and error resolution.
