Job Descriptions
1. บันทึกรายการบัญชีในระบบบัญชี (เช่น AP, AR, GL) ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี 2. ตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงิน เช่น ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบแจ้งหนี้ และใบสำคัญจ่าย 3. กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร และบัญชีแยกประเภทต่าง ๆ 4. เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี 5. สนับสนุนงานตรวจสอบภายใน และการตรวจสอบโดยผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก 6. จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีให้เป็นระเบียบและถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดของกรมสรรพากร 7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี 1-3 ปี
  3. มีความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชี และภาษีอากร
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Excel และระบบบัญชีทั่วไป เช่น Express, SAP, Oracle จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  6. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ และสามารถปรับตัวกับการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้
