- ให้คำปรึกษาหรือแก้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานในสินค้าของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ทุกเพศ อายุ 24-35 ปี
- ไม่เน้นวุฒิการศึกษา เน้นประสบการณ์ และความกระตือรือร้นในเรียนรู้งานอยู่เสมอ
- มีความรู้ด้านไอทีทั่วไป และความรู้ด้านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต
- มีทักษะด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี เข้ากับคนง่าย สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน เรียนรู้งานเร็ว
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะด้านได้ดี ไหวพริบดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานด้าน Technical Support หรือสามารถซ่อมสินค้าประเภทอิเล็คทรอนิกส์ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
