-Fill up vacant space in malls by focusing on F&B category both leaseline shop and kiosk area.
-Monitor and manage sales projection area and rental target in F&B category: Tenant Sourcing & Leasing Support
-Develop leasing strategy focus on F&B category for all malls
-Conduct retail market research & Analysis: Identify opportunies for malls by fucusing on F&B category
-Tenant relationship management: Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding leasing matters.
