Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for handling relevant store licenses, including but not limited to business license, food sales permit, VAT tax registration, POS machine registration and insurance; 2. Responsible for the declaration and payment of contract stamp duty; 3. Sort out and file the signed paper contracts and related documents, and be responsible for the renewal of the expired contracts. Qualifications

Proficient in local language and English as working languages, able to effectively communicate with government departments and external organizations;
Have certain basic knowledge of law. Familiarity with relevant Malaysia laws and regulations(e.g. tax, business licensing, etc.) is preferred;
Careful work, with strong document management ability and sense of responsibility;
Relevant working experience is preferred.
