Job Descriptions
Responsibilities •Manage operations of assigned customers •Process customer orders in a timely and accurately manner and provide customer support whenever required. •Ensure reports are submitted to customer on a timely basis, keeping to established schedules and to Customer’s requirements. •Handle ad-hoc request from customers •Reporting to Regional Customer Service Manager based in Singapore •Investigate service failures and make recommendation to management for improvements •Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  2. Able to speak and write English
  3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  4. Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines
  5. Basic knowledge on Billing / Thailand Tax
  6. Attention to detail
  7. Self-motivated and committed
  8. Fast learner
  9. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  10. Professionally handle communication with customers
