Job Descriptions

1.Analyze customer specifications, engineering drawings, and technical requirements to prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotations for machinery and equipment. 2.Calculate accurate costs for materials, labor, assembly, and installation based on project scope, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the market. 3.Work with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical specifications for machine components. Evaluate and select the best vendors for cost-effectiveness and quality. 4.Act as the main point of contact for clients during the quoting process. Address technical inquiries, provide clarifications, and negotiate pricing and terms as required. 5.Provide technical assistance to the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders by interpreting engineering documents, offering product solutions, and resolving technical issues. 6.Monitor the status of submitted quotations, proactively follow up with customers to secure business, and assist in converting quotes into confirmed sales. 7.Continuously review and improve the quoting process to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure better alignment with customer expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
Age between 25 - 40 years.
Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant Quotation Engineer experience in the Tooling Industry preferred.
Machining knowledge of CNC milling and CNC lathe grinding and machining center knowledge.
Machining knowledge (like CNC , WEDM , EDM and Surface grinding), JIG-fixture concept , Auto CAD, Solid Work .
Analyze customer specifications, engineering drawings, and technical requirements to prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotations for machinery and equipment.
Calculate accurate costs for materials, labor, assembly, and installation based on project scope, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Knowledge of basic material used in fabrication.
