Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities
1.Conduct external audits and standard audits, including preparation of related documents in advance.
2.Assist in organizing internal audits (annual internal audit) and annual management reviews.
3.Prepare the monthly training plan and coordinate monthly training sessions.
4.Summarize and report weekly and monthly departmental reports.
5.Inspect processes as assigned by the supervisor.
6.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience and knowledge in ISO standard requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possession of an Internal Audit ISO 9001 training certificate will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
