-Lead and manage the air cargo sales team, including two subordinate staff. -Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. -Identify and acquire new customers to expand the client base. -Collaborate with and support the operations team. - Provide direct support to team members, including a manager international.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistic, Supply chain, or any
Minimum 10 years of experience in air freight sales (Air freight only; combined experience of more than 10 years, excluding other types of experience).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Fluent in English (TOEIC score of 700+). Additional language skills are a significant advantage.
Ability to work with a direct supervisor who cannot speak Thai.
Confident in public speaking and presenting
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM,WMS software is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
