Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลรายรับ-รายจ่ายประจำวัน
2.อัปเดตยอดคอร์สเรียน, บัตรกิจกรรม, และสินค้าในระบบบัญชี
3.ทำบัญชีรายวันและสรุปรายงานประจำเดือน
4.ตรวจสอบเอกสารการเงิน เช่น ใบเสร็จรับเงิน, ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบวางบิล, เอกสารหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
5.ประสานงานกับทีมขายและลูกค้า กรณีมีการชำระเงินไม่ตรงยอด
6.สรุปรายงานการขายและยอดเงินคงเหลือ
7.จัดทำและส่งงบการเงินตามรอบบัญชี
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี / การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี เช่น Excel, Google Sheets, หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีพื้นฐานได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และทักษะการตรวจสอบข้อมูล
- สื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมได้ดี
