Job Descriptions
*** For anyone who is determined in self-development in a long run, read carefully. Duties: - Research, negotiate and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors - Maintain detailed records of estimates, assumptions, and pricing data. - Analyze data collected from job sites, vendors, and other stakeholders to compile detailed cost information - Perform quantity takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and specifications. - Prepare proposal, detailed reports or bids for submission to project stakeholders - Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project and company requirements. Track and manage order status to ensure on-time delivery. - Monitor procurement budgets and seek cost-saving opportunities. Support finance and project teams in forecasting and controlling procurement costs. - Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. - Find and follow construction bid announcements. - Others as required.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
  2. Attention to detail, be responsible, thoughtful, and willing to learn new skills
  3. Confidence to use English as a communications tool (English is a main language use in work environment)
  4. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents
  5. Have experience in estimating field for more than a year (also new graduates are welcome)
