Job DescriptionsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, target, and secure new HoReCa accounts in priority locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and account growth.
- Provide training and product knowledge to venue staff where necessary
- Coordinate regular visits to key accounts to reinforce brand visibility and placement.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Execute sales activities in alignment with the company’s brand and volume goals.
- Collaborate with the COO and brand teams to craft effective selling stories and pitch strategies.
- Work with trade marketing to activate in-venue promotions, visibility tools, and point-of-sale materials.
- Support pricing negotiations, promotional offers, and ordering setup for new clients.
3. Reporting & Coordination
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders, deliveries, and support.
- Provide input on customer feedback and market insights to help refine product and marketing strategies.
