Job Descriptions
POSITION OVERVIEW As the HoReCa Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with on-premise clients, growing the company’s presence in HoReCa channels, and executing sales strategies to meet volume and visibility targets. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and brand teams. - หาลูกค้าใหม่ในกลุ่ม HoReCa และขยายฐานลูกค้าในทำเลเป้าหมาย - ดูแล รักษา และพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน - ประสานงานจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายในร้าน และให้ข้อมูลสินค้าแก่พนักงานในสถานที่ - วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การขายให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายบริษัท - เจรจาเงื่อนไขการขาย โปรโมชั่น และการเปิดบัญชีลูกค้าใหม่ - รวบรวมข้อมูลตลาด ความคิดเห็นลูกค้า และแนวโน้มการแข่งขัน เพื่อปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์ - ประสานงานกับทีมโลจิสติกส์ แบรนด์ และการตลาดเพื่อให้การขายราบรื่น
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์งานขาย 2–5 ปี โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรม FMCG หรือเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  2. มีประสบการณ์ขายให้กับบาร์ ร้านอาหาร คลับ โรงแรม หรือคาเฟ่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  4. มีความกระตือรือร้น เป้าหมายชัดเจน และรักความท้าทาย
  5. สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาปกติได้ (เช่น ช่วงเย็น/สุดสัปดาห์)
  6. ใช้ภาษาไทยได้คล่อง และภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับที่ใช้งานได้
  7. มีใบขับขี่ และสามารถเดินทางภายในพื้นที่ กทม. ได้ (ประมาณ 10–50%)
