Job Descriptions
1、Provide interpretation services (Chinese, Thai, and Burmese) to ensure smooth communication between factory management and employees. 2、Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other work-related occasions, offering accurate and real-time translation support. 3、Translate factory-related documents, including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, contracts, notices, and announcements. 4、Organize and maintain a translation document library for future reference and use. 5、Facilitate cross-cultural communication and employee support, resolving misunderstandings or conflicts arising from language or cultural differences to promote teamwork. 6、Learn and understand relevant technical work to provide language support and technical explanations for new employees, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment.
Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in Chinese, Thai, and Burmese, with strong written and oral translation skills.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; familiarity with factory-related terminology is preferred.
  3. Prior translation experience required; experience in factory, manufacturing, or engineering translation is a plus.
  4. Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
