1. วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง (Main Purpose): Looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to lead our sales efforts in the EVs & ESS Battery industry in Thailand. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the operation, planning, and product development for Passenger Vehicles (PV), Commercial Vehicles (CV)and 2-3 Wheelers & ESS. Additionally, the candidate will be accountable for setting and achieving sales targets for the Passenger vehicle, Commercial vehicle and Energy Storage Systems markets in Thailand. 2.หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Principal Accountabilities): 2.1 Market Analysis and Planning: • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential customers, key competitors, and market trends in the EVs & ESS Battery industry for Passenger vehicle, Commercial vehicle and Energy Storage Systems in Thailand. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle & ESS markets, expand the customer base, and increase market share. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness. 2.2 Product Development and Portfolio Management: • Provide valuable feedback from the market to contribute to the improvement and development of EVs & ESS battery offerings. • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the EVs Battery industry to ensure a competitive product portfolio. 2.3 Sales Target Setting and Achievement: • Develop detailed sales forecasts and regularly monitor performance against set targets. • Employ effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales goals. 2.4 Customer Relationship Management: • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities within the EVs and ESS Battery Market. 2.5 Sales Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, analyzing sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in science, Engineer, Nano Technology or a related field.
  2. More than 5 years’ experience in power plant or automotive market, with a focus on the EVs & ESS or Automotive industry.
  3. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the EVs & ESS, automotive, or related industries.
  4. Speaking and writing skills in Chinese are preferred.
  5. Proficiency in English.
  6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, CRM Software
  7. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  9. Knowledge of the EVs Battery Market landscape in Thailand.
  10. Negotiation Skills: Strong work under pressure.
  11. Strong observation, adaptability, and communication skills.
  12. 5 Days Working
  13. Able to work at Siam Eastern Industrial Park 2 (SEP2), Pluakdang, Rayong.
