Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: • Training Program Development: Design and create technical training materials and assessments for engineers in manufacturing processes and equipment usage. • Training Delivery: Conduct on-the-job training, workshops, and hands-on sessions to improve engineers' skills and operational performance. • Skill Gap Analysis: Evaluate engineers' current skill levels and identify training needs to address any gaps in performance. • Safety and Compliance Training: Ensure engineers are trained in safety standards and operational procedures. • Training Effectiveness: Monitor and report on training outcomes, adjusting programs based on feedback and performance results.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or related field preferred).
  2. 3-6 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing
  3. Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
  4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety protocols
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Experience in a factory environment is a plus
