Job Descriptions
1. สรรหาและคัดกรองบุคคลากรให้ตรงตามใบขอกำลังคนของแผนกต่างๆ
2. จัดทำเงินเดือนพนักงาน
3. จัดทำประกันสังคมพนักงาน
4. บันทึกข้อมูลแสกนลายนิ้วมือ/ใบหน้าพนักงาน
5. จัดทำรายงาน Weekly Report /Monthly Report
6. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง
- อายุ 24 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิ ปวช.- ปริญญาตรี (สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์/อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีความรู้เรื่อง ปกส.กองทุนทดแทน กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ภงด
- มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความอดทนและมีไหวพริบในการแก้ปัญหา
- มีจิตวิทยาในการติดต่อสื่อสาร
