Job Descriptions
1.Be responsible for the human resource management of the local team in the Thai factory, including recruitment, training, employee relations, etc. 2. Be responsible for translation work between Chinese and Thai; Daily communication and translation with local government management departments in Thailand, local suppliers, BOI management departments, etc. 3. Collect and organize relevant local laws, regulations, industry norms, etc. in Thailand to provide information support for factory operation decisions. 4. Other tasks assigned by superiors. 【 Welfare Benefits 】 1.Salary is negotiable, but specific benefits will be discussed in person. 2. Working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1.5-hour lunch break. Work 5 days a week.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree, major in science and engineering preferred; There is no age limit.
  2. Chinese and Thai can be used as working languages. Working experience in home appliance enterprises is preferred.
  3. Be able to work in Thailand for a long time and travel to China occasionally.
  4. Have good communication skills and abilities; Strong sense of responsibility.
