Job Descriptions

- Provide first-level support for Odoo system users across departments - Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related technical and functional issues - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for advanced support - Assist in system configuration, testing, and implementation of Odoo modules - Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and system procedures - Train users on Odoo system functionalities and best practices - Support data entry, data cleanup, and report generation as required - Monitor system performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP system support, preferably with Odoo
Good understanding of ERP business processes (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR)
Basic knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under time constraints
Good command of English (written and spoken)
