Job Descriptions
1. งานติดตามหนี้ ค่าส่วนกลาง ค่าเช่าค้างชำระ
2. งานคดีความ ติดตามการพิจารณาคดี, เอกสารคดี สรุป รายงานคดี อัปเดตข้อมูลติดตามหนี้ในระบบ ประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย
3. ทำข้อมูลคดี เสาะหาข้อเท็จจริง สรุปประเด็น ประชุมร่วมกับทนายความ
4. ติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการ, ศาล สคบ.
5. จัดทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจ, ใบแต่งทนายความ, เอกสารทางคดี
6. ร่างหนังสือ ทำหนังสือโต้ตอบ
7. ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายต่อผู้บริหาร และหน่วยงานอื่นๆ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์
- มีใบอนุญาตว่าความ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานคดีความ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีไหวพริบดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น
- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และ MS Excel, Work, Power Point
