Job Descriptions
1.ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี ใบลดหนี้ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.บันทึกรับเงินตามใบเสร็จ
3.บันทึกตัดชำระลูกหนี้
4.บันทึกรับเงินอื่น ๆ ตามที่มียอดเข้า
5.รับผิดชอบโทรศัพท์ตอบประสานงานรับเช็ค-วางบิลให้ทันตามกำหนด
6.ทำรายงานสรุปยอดรับเงินประจำสัปดาห์
7.จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้ส่งผู้บริหารและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8.จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้
9.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์งานบัญชี 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงานสูง มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี รักการติดต่อสื่อสาร และพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
- เคยผ่านการใช้งานโปรแกรม ERP จะเป็นประโยชน์ยิ่ง
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
