Job Descriptions
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีที่สาขากรุงเทพ
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ให้ลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและรวบรวมเอกสาร เช่น P/O, สัญญาเช่า เพื่อวางบิลลูกค้า
- บันทึกและสรุปข้อมูลเพื่อวางบิลลูกค้าทั้งรายวันและรายเดือน
- ปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาบัญชีและการเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์มาทางด้าน AR จะรับเป็นพิเศษ
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft Word และ Excel ได้ดี
- มีทักษะด้านตัวเลข การคำนวณ สถิติ บัญชีและการเงิน
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบในด้านงานเอกสารและตัวเลข
- สามารถทำงานได้รวดเร็ว ทันเวลาที่กำหนด
- ทำงานตั้งแต่จันทร์-เสาร์ (หยุดวันอาทิตย์และวันนัตขัตฤกษ์)
