Job Descriptions
1.สามารถใช้ Microsoft office เป็นอย่างดี
2.ประสานงานกับผู้พัฒนา เมื่อเกิดปัญหา
3.ติดตามงานและช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาประจำวันต่าง ๆ จากฟิตแบคของผู้ใช้งาน จากทีมฝ่ายบริการ
4.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง หรือ เทสเกม ตามที่กำหนด
5.แปลงานไทย-จีน จีน-ไทย ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้พัฒนา (เป็นบางครั้ง)
6.ช่วยเหลือในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน เร่งด่วน และแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ บนแพลตฟอร์มที่ดูแล
7.หน้าที่อื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี
- พิมพ์ภาษาจีน หรือ ภาษาอังกฤษได้
- เป็นคนเฮฮา สนุกสนานทัศนคติดี มองโลกในแง่ดีแต่เวลาทำงานก็สามารถทนแรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถแปล/หรือสื่อสาร จีน-ไทย ไทย-จีน หรือ ไทย-อังกฤษได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี ผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์สามารถสอนงานให้ได้/ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
