In this position you will… You will be responsible for advising and selling motor insurance policies to interested referrals (no cold calling). Your job will require great communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong knowledge of motor insurance You will be responsible for… - Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering - Learn details about our product and service offerings - Address any questions or issues customers may have - Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need - Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities - Direct prospects and leads to the sales team - Keep an updated customer database - Always strive towards sales quota - Track and document calls and sales - Update client records - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets For you to be successful… Impactful - Has a clear understanding of team’s objectives and aligns efforts to these. - Maintains commitment to achieving goals in the face of obstacles - Has a clear understanding of team’s objectives and aligns efforts to these. - Seeks necessary information on which to base decisions and is comfortable recommending an approach - Focused on objectives and identifies activities and key results required to meet them
Qualifications
  1. Customer focus
  2. Demonstrates a customer centric mindset by prioritizing customer needs and addressing concerns with a sense of urgency
  3. 3-year experience in Telesale
  4. Proficiency in MS-Office
  5. Having negotiation, interpersonal skills, and sales oriented
  6. Having experience in motor insurance follow up or having any telemarketing, telesales experiences with insurance Broker license would be required.
