Job Descriptions

•Strong fundamentals in manufacturing concepts. •Knowledge of the planning system, manufacturing operations, facilities, methods, and tooling required. •Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication procedures, planning processes, and work standards for manufacturing and inspection. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for a process engineer to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions. •Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. •Attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure quality in processes. •Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related filed.
Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
Experience at least 3 years of assembly engineering-related experience
Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
