Job Descriptions
1. บันทึกข้อมูล และดูแลข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบ HR 2. อัปเดตฐานข้อมูลทรัพยากรบุคคล และจัดทำเอกสารฝ่ายบุคคล 3. บันทึกการลางาน และทำโอทีของพนักงาน 4. ตรวจสอบ และสรุปข้อมูล Time Attendance 5. ประสานงานการแจ้งเข้า - ออก ประกันสังคม 6. สนับสนุนงานฝึกอบรม และติดต่อหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 7. ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง
  2. อายุ 24 - 30 ปี
  3. วุฒิปริญญาตรี (สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์/อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
  4. มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน
  5. สามารถใช้งาน MS Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. ใช้โปรแกรม TigerSoft ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  9. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน
