Job Descriptions
- Supervise experienced technicians using the machine Panasonic. - Improve the SMD change over and OEE. - Control and improvement for reduce NG defect in production process. - Confirm data and documents of employees and leader. - Check daily report and update to Manager. - Check and improve attendance of emplyee - Check NG. product in next process and make corrective action within due date.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in faculty of electronics, electrical power, mechanical or related field
  2. Must be have experience of SMT process and manpower control more than 3 years.
  3. Knowledge about ISO9001, 14001 and IATF16949
  4. Knowledge about basic computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Email for communication.
  5. Knowledge and ability related with process of PCBA.
  6. Strong knowledge of SMT, THT processes, equipment, and industry standards (IPC-A-610, ISO, etc.)
