Job Descriptions
1.The financial officer's duties include administration of the financial system, monitoring; billing and AR outstand, daily cash flow and cash balance, investment options and comply payment processes with approved policies 2.To issue and release cheque, online batch payment to the suppliers payment schedule. 3.To prepare application for oversea payment. 4.To prepare document and co-ordinate with bank or finance institution for investment. 5.To manage daily cash flow from operation and for settlement. 6.To prepare treasury report of settlement report daily. 7.To prepare and reconcile bank statement and cross check with AP and AR account to ensure accuracy of outstanding balance.
Qualifications
  1. Female/Male age between 22-30 years old with Thai nationality.
  2. University graduate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  3. 1-3 years in experience of Accounts or Finance.
  4. Good relationship and team player.
  5. Have experience with SAP and MS Excel
  6. Computer literate with fair command of spoken and written English.
