บริหารจัดการร้าน – ดูแลการดำเนินงาน ควบคุมคุณภาพ และจัดการต้นทุนให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ – ต้อนรับลูกค้าต่างชาติ รับออเดอร์ และแนะนำเมนูได้
บริหารยอดขาย & การเงิน – วางแผนโปรโมชัน ควบคุมต้นทุน สรุปยอดขาย และดูแลกำไร-ขาดทุน
ดูแลทีม – จัดกะ กระตุ้นขวัญกำลังใจ และแก้ปัญหาภายในทีม
การตลาด & โปรโมทร้าน – คิดแคมเปญขาย ติดต่ออินฟลูฯ และดูแลลูกค้าประจำ
บริหารสต็อก – คุมวัตถุดิบ สั่งของ และลดของเสียให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์บริหารร้านอาหาร/คาเฟ่ 1-3 ปี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- บริหารทีมและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะด้านการขาย การตลาด และการจัดการต้นทุนบริหารเวลาและทรัพยากรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
