Job Descriptions
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support during pre- and post-sales activities - Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members. - Provide in-depth knowledge and support for new project implementations and existing application optimization. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to address customer needs and challenges. - Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. - Conduct training programs for both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Experience in a technical role within the machine tool industry, with demonstrated expertise in CNC machining or design and application engineering.
  3. Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop technical talent.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus
  7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
