Job Descriptions
- การจัดทำสัญญาปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ และสัญญาต่างๆ รวมทั้งการร่าง และ/หรือให้ความเห็นข้อกฏหมาย ร่างและแปลเอกสารกฏหมายภาษาอังกฤษที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถาบันการเงิน - การจัดทำงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฏหมายธุรกิจ พ.ร.บ บริษัทมหาชน จำกัดและด้านตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ตาม พ.ร.บ หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ.2535 และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25-40 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทางด้านนิติศาสตร์ และ กฎหมาย
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดทำสัญญาปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ และสัญญาต่างๆ รวมทั้งการร่าง และ/หรือให้ความเห็นข้อกฏหมาย ร่างและแปลเอกสารกฏหมายภาษาอังกฤษที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถาบันการเงิน
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฏหมายธุรกิจ พ.ร.บ บริษัทมหาชน จำกัดและด้านตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ตาม พ.ร.บ หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ.2535 และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์
  5. มีทักษะด้านการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญภาษาอังกฤษ (ถ้ามี) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. เนติบัณฑิตไทย / ใบอนุญาตว่าความ (ถ้ามี) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
