Job Descriptions
1. Contact and reponse to inquiries and correspondence from customers, receive complaint or other special request, and then transfer the information to related service and proceed customer‘s enquiry within timeline. 2. Collaborating with Sales team to register new customer in system 3. Collect requirements for new model requisitions, perform an initial review of technical and business aspects, collaborate with the team to produce samples, and ensure that the samples are well received by the customer 4. Get mass order from Sales team/ customer, perform an initial review of technical and business aspects, collaborate with the team to produce mass order, and ensure that the goods are well received by the customer 5. Review for basic techinical data and business aspects 6. Manage database in EKTH and Customers 7. Review forecast by monthly 8. Responsible for requirement from customer 9. Review Engineering Change Notice (ECN) which related to business aspects 10. Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities; Especially for some urgent order from customer 11. Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures; Collect the data for “on time delivery” report monthly, customer’s satisfaction program 12. Review the shipping document to avoid any discrepancies vs. customer’s contract or purchase order 13. Compiles all customer service data requirements 14. Investigates and researches all additional customer service inquiries. 15. Handles in the best interest of both customer and company; Build strong, positive customer relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction 16. Work initiative & continuous improvement project for job function
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
  2. Have 3-5 years’ experience in sale or customer service function.
  3. Customer oriented & Organization Skill
  4. Work initiative & continuous improvement for job function
  5. Resolving Conflict and Negotiation
  6. Multitask and Problem Solving and analysis
  7. Self & time management
  8. Ability to Work Under Pressure and Patience
  9. Computer Skills and Good command of English
