•Develop strategic plans for training and development in both the short and long term, Plan employee training and development programs, Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, Provide consultation and guidance on training and development
3. Compensation Management
•Establish compensation policies, Develop and review compensation systems, Conduct compensation benchmarking with other organizations, Advise management on compensation matters, Design compensation structures
4. Employee Relations Management
•Develop employee relations policies, Formulate annual negotiation strategies and seek executive approval, Review company rules and regulations, Plan communication between employer and employees, Plan and manage union relations in both the short and long term
5. Motivation and Employee Engagement
•Manage and promote employee satisfaction in the workplace , Ensure transparent and fair performance evaluation management
