Job Descriptions
1. Workforce Planning and Recruitment Define strategies and policies for human resource management, Plan workforce needs for both the short and long term, Develop recruitment plans, Provide consultation and guidance on recruitment, Propose employment contract approvals 2. Training and Development •Develop strategic plans for training and development in both the short and long term, Plan employee training and development programs, Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, Provide consultation and guidance on training and development 3. Compensation Management •Establish compensation policies, Develop and review compensation systems, Conduct compensation benchmarking with other organizations, Advise management on compensation matters, Design compensation structures 4. Employee Relations Management •Develop employee relations policies, Formulate annual negotiation strategies and seek executive approval, Review company rules and regulations, Plan communication between employer and employees, Plan and manage union relations in both the short and long term 5. Motivation and Employee Engagement •Manage and promote employee satisfaction in the workplace , Ensure transparent and fair performance evaluation management
Qualifications
  1. Male or female, aged 35-50 years
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, Management, or other related fields
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD)
  4. Knowledge, skills, and experience in planning and developing HR strategies, such as Career Management
  5. Knowledge in strategic planning, organizational structure management, work planning, and career progression management
  6. Strong leadership qualities, persuasive and capable of building positive relationships with employees; skilled in resolving organizational issues through collaboration
  7. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a pleasant personality; able to work as part of a team, quick-witted, and detail-oriented
  8. Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 16949
  9. Able to work Monday through Saturday
  10. Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  11. Toeic score 500 up
