Job Descriptions
-General accounting support (basic bookkeeping, expense tracking)
-Communication with partner accounting firm
-Assist project managers with coordination tasks
-Office administration (supply management, scheduling, filing)
-Document preparation and filing for internal and external use
-Liaise with government offices or external vendors as needed
-Assist in organizing company events or team activities
-Manage utility bills, office maintenance, and basic HR support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous admin/accounting experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Thai nationality only
- Applicants should be able to start working before June 15th
