Job Descriptions

1.Oversee Production Processes: Supervise daily operations in machining Wire Cut, EDM, CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, Auto Lathe, Manual Lathe, Milling, Super drill, Grinding and assembly sections to ensure production goals are met on time. 2.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of operators and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. 3.Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules, allocate resources (personnel, machinery, materials), and ensure efficiency in meeting production deadlines. 4.Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Address production issues, troubleshoot machine problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. 5.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes for greater efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. 6.Performance Monitoring: Monitor production metrics and report on output, efficiency, and quality to management. 7.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory standards. 8.Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machines are properly maintained and downtime is minimized.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
Age between 30 - 45 years.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant Production Supervisor experience in the Tooling Industry preferred.
Good communication skills both verbal and written, in English & Thai.
Able to work under pressure.
