Job Descriptions
- Control the execution of cargo movements for import processes to support logistics and distribution in line with business plans and domestic/international regulations. - Verify import shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, FTA Form, Import License). - Monitor and track shipment schedules to update internal systems (IEOT) on time according to KPIs. - Coordinate with overseas suppliers, business units, forwarders, shipping agents, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth operations. - Organize and manage documentation from overseas agents and receivers on a daily basis to support operations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Import, Logistic, Supplychain and Operation field
  2. Understand regulation related to customs.
  3. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  4. Good communication skills, especially in English.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills.
