Job Descriptions
• ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาในการดำเนินงานและติดตามปรับปรุงและดำเนินการป้องกัน • จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านคุณภาพ • สนับสนุนกระบวนการพัฒนาโปรแกรมใหม่ การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ และการอนุมัติจากลูกค้า • รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับลูกค้าร้องเรียน คัดแยก ตรวจสอบซ้ำผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ต้องสงสัยที่ลูกค้า วิเคราะห์และแก้ไข • ดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในและกิจกรรมการประกันคุณภาพอื่นๆ • ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติบันทึกการวิเคราะห์บันทึกการผลิตและอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดตามระบบควบคุมเอกสาร • ดูแลเกี่ยวกับ ISO9001, IATF16949 ตามความต้องการและคำขอของลูกค้า • เตรียมเอกสารคุณภาพ เช่น. APQP, PPAP มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP ฯลฯ • สรุปและจัดทำรายงานการควบคุมกระบวนการคุณภาพ • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี เท่านั้น
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Supervisor QA & QC 2 ปีขึ้นไป ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์/ การขึ้นรูปโลหะ/ งาน CNC
  4. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949 และ ISO9001
  5. สามารถทำเอกสารที่มีคุณภาพได้ เช่น APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC
  6. มีความรู้เรื่องการจัดการงานด้านคุณภาพ การใช้เครื่องมือวัด สามารถอ่านแบบ Drawing ได้
  7. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน ขยัน/ อดทน/ มีความกระตือรือร้นต่อการทำงาน
  8. สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
  9. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
  10. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
