Job Descriptions

1. Handle sales document related export sales order on system as part of routine function 2. Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to complete sales orders and all related documentation 3. Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales order process to ensure clarity and accuracy 4. Follow up on the production plan and shipping schedule to ensure a smooth delivery process to the customer 5. Responsible for summarize sales order report by customer to head sales 6. Other assignments related to department function

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or other which related field.
Experience in Export Sales Adminstrative and Sales Coordinator, consumer product preferably
Good command of Microsoft Excel, coordination, support, service minded and interpersonal skill
