We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Engineer with a civil engineering background to join our expanding team. The role focuses on selling engineering and construction materials across Thailand, supporting clients with both technical knowledge and customer service.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided.
  3. Willing to learn new things, adapt, and continuously improve.
  4. Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  5. Able to travel and work independently in assigned areas.
  6. Languages: Thai and English are preferable; ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
  7. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  8. Empathy and strong customer-centric thinking.

Key Responsibilities: •Promote and sell engineering and construction materials (e.g., steel structures) to clients. •Conduct technical consultations and site visits for accurate solution proposals. •Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up to close sales. •Maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and other key clients. •Coordinate internally with engineering, factory, and logistics teams. •Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
