Job Descriptions
Duties and Responsibilities
•ทำการผลิตและประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ได้ตามแผนการผลิต
•การควบคุมกำลังคนและเครื่องจักรให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต
•ฝึกอบรมและสอนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ กระบวนการใหม่และพนักงานใหม่ทั้งหมด
•บันทึกรายงานการตรวจสอบ การเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการ บันทึกข้อมูลตามแบบฟอร์มที่กำหนด หรืองานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
•มั่นใจว่าคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงตามข้อกำหนดขอบผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์ และข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ
•ปฏิบัติตามกฎความปลอดภัยและมั่นใจว่าอุปกรณ์ในการใช้งานทั้งหมดปลอดภัย การปิดและล็อกอุปกรณ์ และมีการรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาเมื่อพบเห็นสิ่งที่ไม่ปลอดภัย
•รายงานตรงต่อช่างเทคนิค และผู้บังคับบัญชา
•มอบหมายและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานรวมไปถึงการควบคุมเครื่องจักรสำหรับพนักงานปฏิบัติการทั้งหมดในสายการผลิต
•อนุมัติการลางานและการทำงานล่วงเวลาของพนักงานปฏิบัติการในสายการผลิต
•สั่งหยุดการทำงานเมื่อพบสาเหตุที่จะก่อให้เกิดความไม่ปลอดภัยในการทำงานและรีบรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาทันที
Qualifications
- ปวช หรือ ปวส
- มีประสบการณ์เคยเป็นหัวหน้างานมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 4 ปี
- เคยทำงานกับโรงฉีดพลาสติกมาก่อน
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการสั่งงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- เรียนรู้งานเร็ว
