Job Descriptions1. Accounting System & Compliance
•Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the accounting system in accordance with accounting standards and financial reporting regulations.
•Oversee and manage tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Financial & Tax Reporting
•Review input and output tax reports for accuracy and assess their financial impact.
•Prepare financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, profit and loss statement) and supporting documentation.
•Manage monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
•Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule without errors or delays.
3. Daily Accounting & Financial Transactions
•Process and review daily accounting records, including revenue and expense entries, invoice issuance, and payment processing.
•Prepare and verify financial reports for management review.
•Monitor and manage tax filings and compliance, ensuring full adherence to legal requirements.
4. Inventory Management & Cost Control
•Oversee and manage inventory accounting, ensuring accurate stock valuation and reconciliation.
•Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to improve inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
5. Expense & Payroll Management
•Audit and manage employee expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with company policies.
•Ensure that all expense transactions adhere to financial regulations and company policies.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
•Act as a financial consultant, providing guidance to other departments on accounting, financial, and inventory-related matters.
•Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to enhance financial and inventory control processes.
7. Multi-Company Accounting Oversight
•Oversee and manage the accounting operations for two companies.
•Ensure financial consistency and alignment across business units.
